Shipping within the United States. We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $35 and up after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes added. Free shipping may have some exclusion during a sale. Free shipping is only available in the United States. Any additional costs that may be incurred during shipping, is the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not offer overnight delivery.
All orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship within 24-48 hours.
If there is an error on the billing and shipping information that you have provided, notify us immediately: firstname.lastname@example.org, if the package has already shipped, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned back to us and at that time we will contact you on the discrepancies regarding the issue with the shipping address. *Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.*
Packages sent to military post-offices may have restrictions, additional rates may apply.
*We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. If this does occur please contact your local USPS and request a trace on your package. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather or catastrophic events.
Any custom items require 3-4 days to customized your item prior to shipping. No Overnight shipping will be available for custom orders.
- Mistakes done on behalf of the customer does not void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise credit for the return or cancellation of the order.
- When sending back items please fill out a return form from your packing slip or click the link at the bottom to fill out online. Print and send with order.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
- If there is a system glitch on a oversold item (Out Of Stock) we will issue a refund through your original payment method.
- Merchandise must have original tags attached, be unwashed, unworn, and without damages.
- Return shipping labels are not provided, except defective item/s.
- Once returns are received it takes 3-5 business days to process returns are issued as Store Credit.
We do our best to check every item to make sure your order is correct, but if we make a mistake on your item please inform us immediately @CONTACTUS@ALASIAMARIE.COM with your invoice # we believe in accountability and the improvement of our performance.
