Return Policy

RETURNS

  • Mistakes done on behalf of the customer does not void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise credit for the return or cancellation of the order.
  • When sending back items please fill out a return form from your packing slip or click the link at the bottom to fill out online. Print and send with order.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  • If there is a system glitch on a oversold item (Out Of Stock) we will issue a refund through your original payment method.
  • Merchandise must have original tags attached, be unwashed, unworn, and without damages.
  • Return shipping labels are not provided, except defective item/s.
  • Once returns are received it takes 3-5 business days to process returns are issued as Store Credit.

We do our best to check every item to make sure your order is correct, but if we make a mistake on your item please inform us immediately @ contactalasiamarie@yahoo.com with your invoice # we believe in accountability and the improvement of our performance.

No Refund items:

* Jewelry, Panties, Bodysuits and swimwear* except defeated items.

* Clearance, last call, sale event items and accessories* except defeated items.

* Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales are Final Sale as they are all red ticked products.
